Fever-Aces brought in the biggest WNBA crowd in 25 years with staggering turnout

While Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever didn’t have a great night against the Las Vegas Aces, the team helped bring in the biggest WNBA crowd for a game since 1999.

The Aces Twitter (X) account confirmed that the crowd at T-Mobile Arena brought in the biggest crowd the WNBA has seen in the regular season in roughly 25 years to see Clark and the Fever take on the reigning champs.

The team cited the attendance as 20,366 people, as the game was moved to T-Mobile Arena from the usual Aces home of Michelob ULTRA Arena
due to the incredible demand for tickets from fans.

Indianapolis Star reporter Chloe Peterson confirmed this was the fifth-biggest crowd in WNBA history and the biggest overall crowd since 1999.

That’s an incredible crowd for the regular season, but it shows just how high demand is in seeing Clark and the Fever play live, particularly against an outstanding team like the Aces.
