NYC observation decks to host 4th of July parties, offering sky-high views of fireworks
NEW YORK (PIX11) – Some of New York City’s popular observation decks will be hosting Fourth of July parties this year, offering a sky-high view of the fireworks show over the Hudson River.
The annual Macy’s Fourth of July fireworks show will light up the sky over the Hudson River at 9:25 p.m. on Thursday.
The fireworks will be fired from barges in the Hudson River between West 14th Street and West 34th Street and reach 1,000 feet in the air.
These observation decks in Manhattan will be hosting Fourth of July events on Thursday evening.
Edge
Edge, located at Hudson Yards on Manhattan’s west side, will be hosting a Fourth of July party featuring a DJ, an open bar, unlimited appetizers and more. Tickets are $500. Learn more here.

The Empire State Building will be hosting a Fourth of July celebration at its open-air 86th Floor Observatory. It will feature a DJ, food, unlimited beer and wine and more. Tickets are $550. Learn more here.
