Albany man pleads guilty to gun, drug charges
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The U.S. Attorney's Office announced that an Albany man pleaded guilty to cocaine and fentanyl possession with the intent to distribute them as well as having a gun. Kamaro Campbell, 42, faces anywhere from 10 years to life in prison.
Agents found 105 grams of fentanyl, 95 grams of cocaine, and a fanny pack with a loaded pistol and $15,000 in Campbell's bedroom closet when executing a search warrant, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. Authorities say another 105 grams of cocaine was also recovered from Campbell's storage unit.
Campbell faces a fine of up to $5.25 million and a probation term of four years to life following prison.
