'Suspicious mouth movements': Suspected drug dealer arrested in Gare neighbourhood

At around 6.30pm on Monday, a police patrol in the Gare neighbourhood observed an individual exhibiting suspicious behaviour at the junction of Rue de Hollerich and Rue Adolphe Fischer.
