'The man just doesn't stop winning': MAGA rejoices over Trump sentencing delay

Former President Donald Trump's supporters rejoiced Tuesday after news broke that a sentencing hearing in his criminal hush money case would likely be delayed until after the Republican National Convention, when the convicted felon is predicted to secure his party's nomination.

"Another W for Trump!" declared "anti-Islam, anti-immigration crusader" Laura Loomer.

"Trump's sentencing is no longer coming before the RNC," added X user johnny maga. "The man just doesn't stop winning."

"That's a win for America," added X user Dr. Vincent Sativa.

The celebrations were spurred by the Manhattan District Attorney's office's decision not to challenge Trump's demand for a delay of the July 11 sentencing hearing in New York City.

Trump has filed a motion to set aside the verdict after the Supreme Court's historic ruling Monday on his presidential immunity claim in his federal election interference case, court records show.

Steven Cheung shared a report of Trumpworld's "giddy" response to the ruling with three skull-and-crossbones emojis.

Prosecutors responded by requesting a July 24 deadline to respond to the claim they argued was "without merit," according to court records.

The Republican National Convention is slated to take place in Milwaukee from July 15 to July 18.

Judge Juan Merchan has not yet ruled on the delay but is expected to agree as neither party opposes it, according to a New York Times analysis.

X user @MJTruthUltra responded to the news by implanting an image of a dancing Pepe the frog — an image with its own Anti-Defamation League profile due to its popularity among white supremacists.
