Love Island star slammed as ‘the real villain’ by furious fans as heads turn in Casa Amor
LOVE Island fans aren’t convinced of one Islander’s “nice guy act” and have claimed he’s the “real villain” of the series.
Just 24 hours after Casa Amor kicked off and it’s already caused a stir.
Model and footballer Ayo, 25, has been getting to know Mimmi since day one – but it looks like there’s trouble in paradise.
New bombshell Jessica, 25, instantly caught the eye of Ayo, who said that she was his type on paper.
Despite Ayo telling the boys that he was still invested in Mimmi, he admitted that he was open and wanted to get to know Jessica.
Fans quickly took to social media to slam Ayo for “stringing Mimmi along” and using her as a “placeholder”.
One wrote: “Ayo is a true villain,” while a second echoed: “Why they giving Ayo an evil villain plot vibe to end the episode.”
A third said: “Ayo is truly a villain, OMDSSS.”
A fourth commented: “I’m not one bit surprised about Ayo. Mimii tried to get some sort of closed off line from him several times and it wasn’t happening, he was stringing her along.”
This person shared: “I deep down knew Ayo was using mimi as a placeholder.”
Another added: “Ayo was acting like a no personality politician with Mimii, cos he was using her as his placeholder. He couldn’t tell her the truth and that’s why he was always chatting a whole lot of nothing to her.”
Last night, Ayo immediately hit it off with fashion stylist Jessica Taylor and appeared to erase all memory of Mimmi.
While the boys were also keen to encourage Ayo to make a move on Jessica, especially sweet salesman Sean who was hyping him up.
On the day bed, Sean said that he could see the “chemistry” instantly between Ayo and Jessica compared to Mimmi and insisted he pursue a romantic connection with the new bombshell.
Ayo said: “Jess, she’s a nice girl, bro. That’s how I get on with people naturally. A bit of flirty, small, small here and there.”
Sean replied: “Mimii’s amazing… but you’ve woke up buzzing, I can feel the energy between you and Jess proper like bouncing off each other.”
Shocked viewers took to social media to slam Sean and said he had his own ulterior motive for pushing the lads to ‘cheat’.
One wrote: “Sean wants the boys to cheat, so it won’t look as bad when he cheats on Matilda. He’s a snake.”
A second wrote: “Sean sabotaging like he did when he kicked out Omar, I know your game candy man.”
“Sean is deffo pulling a s7 Jake and trying to get the other boys to be disloyal so he looks better,” a third echoed.
“He is such a snake,” a fourth wrote:
