Zero Bond owner Scott Sartiano scraps Hamptons outpost, will open new branch of celeb-magnet restaurant

The nightlife impresario will bring his popular Soho restaurant Sartiano's to East Hampton's storied Hedges Inn, which was supposed to house Zero Bond before local officials put the kibosh on his plans by voting to ensure that all "eating and drinking establishments"  close by 11 p.m.
