A family of five visiting from Georgia for a baseball tournament has been killed in a plane crash in Delaware County.
2. 18-year-old driver smoked cannabis before fatal Waterford crash
Everhett Hatlee, 18, of Troy, has been charged with multiple offenses following a single-car crash in Waterford on Saturday that resulted in the death of 14-year-old Kiera Ebert.
3. NY Attorney General investigating Utica officer-involved shooting
The New York Attorney General has opened an investigation into the death of a 13-year-old who died after allegedly being shot by a Utica Police Officer.
4. Emergency road fix closes Hoosick Street to one lane
