Inmate ‘filmed having sex with prison guard’ has heavily pregnant girlfriend at home
A prisoner who was allegedly filmed having sex with an officer inside HMP Wandsworth was jailed over a £65,000 heist and has a heavily pregnant girlfriend at home.
Linton Weirich, 36, was jailed in April after raiding a property in Kensington, west London, in March 2022.
He stole a litany of handbags, jewellery and a laptop which were kept inside a safe in the luxury flat.
Weirich has a partner outside of jail who is said to be seven months pregnant, and was hospitalised over the weekend due to the stress seeing the video caused.
Images posted to his Instagram show him with the same arm tattoos as the man in the video.
Footage which is said to have been filmed inside HMP Wandsworth in south London show a uniformed prison officer performing a sex act and having sex with a prisoner as her discarded radio crackled with messages.
During the footage, the inmate filming the sex-act joked: ‘This is how we live at Wandsworth.’
Linda De Sousa Abreu, 30, who is married, was charged with misconduct and appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
She spoke only to confirm her name, address and date of birth and was granted conditional bail and will appear in court on July 29.
A source close to Weirch’s partner told MailOnline: ‘This is the last thing she needs in her condition, it’s extremely upsetting.
‘This stupid video has affected her health, she was hospitalised at the weekend through stress. She fears it will bring on premature labour.’

The mother was arrested at Heathrow Airport, the court heard, and was due to catch a flight to Madrid having notified the prison of her travel plans.
The charge states that De Sousa Abreu ‘wilfully and without reasonable excuse or justification misconducted yourself in a way which amounted to an abuse of the public’s trust in the office holder by engaging in a sexual act with a prisoner in a prison cell’.
At one point, someone appears to try to come into the cell, at which the man filming, can be heard saying to the person on the other side of the door ‘give me a minute, one second.’
It is alleged to have happened at Wandsworth between June 26-28.
