Joe Bob Edwards Leaves White Deer to Lead Newly Combined Oil-field Services Businesses

Specialist asset managers White Deer Energy and Global Energy Capital have combined three businesses to form a roughly $1.5 billion oil-and-gas services provider led by Joe Bob Edwards, who has left White Deer three years after being named a managing partner there.
