Godrej Properties buys TDR certificates for Gurugram project

Godrej Properties purchased Transfer of Development Rights for Rs 50 crore for the Sector 43 project in Gurugram, enabling construction of an additional 300,000 sq ft area. CBRE facilitated the transaction.
