Gallagher family feud threatens to erupt after ‘tense’ run-in backstage at Glastonbury
THEY’VE been warring for more than a decade and despite Noel and Liam Gallagher coming within touching distance of an Oasis reunion . . . there is still some bad blood there.
And it’s not just the siblings who know to keep their distance from each other, as Liam’s eldest son Lennon gave Uncle Noel the cold shoulder when they were both drinking in an exclusive backstage bar.
An onlooker told us how Noel and Lennon stood just 20 yards from each other with their mates but chose not to talk.
Our mole said: “Noel and Lennon clocked each other but kept well apart.
“It was quite sad to see given they are so closely related but there is still a lot of bad blood between Noel and Liam.
“They were only standing 20 yards apart but neither of them would break rank to say hello.”
Noel later headed out into the night and partied until 3am yesterday after watching Irish band Kneecap in Shangri-La.
We told how the High Flying Birds frontman made a quick exit from the Chiltern Firehouse restaurant with his daughter Anais last August after Lennon turned up.
He had been in there for less than an hour but hot footed it.
Family dynamics can be difficult at the best of times but when it comes to resolving this bitter old divide, I’m not holding out much hope.
