High School Referee Registration

Registration for 2024-25 is now open on the Dragonfly Platform. For returning officials they simply login and go to 2024-25 registration. 

If you want to officiate Montgomery and Prince Georges County Public Schools soccer games this fall, you must register with the State (MPSSAA) the via Dragonfly online tool.

Once registered you will be eligible to get a rule book from MWSRA.  You will also be required to pass the NHFS High School rules test (opens Aug. 1, passing score is 75 and above, playoff eligible is a score of 85 and above).

Confirm your sports and pay both NFHS and Maryland Fees.

NEW officials must first set up a Dragonfly profile to register. NEW officials will not have insurance until July 1, 2024.

Returning officials still have their insurance through June 30, 2024.
