Returning nurses eligible for starting grant in three counties

A regulation by the Ministry of Social Affairs, effective from Sunday, provides nurses returning to the healthcare sector with the opportunity to apply for a starting grant of €30,000 if they choose to work in Ida-Viru County, Lääne-Viru County, or Pärnu County.
