Love Island’s Harriett breaks silence on villa exit as she takes swipe at couple and blames co-star for being dumped
LOVE Island star Harriett Blackmore has broken her silence on her villa exit – expressing her surprise at being booted off over a “friendship couple.”
The Brighton dancer was dumped alongside partner Ronnie Vint, 27, during a shock eviction prior to Casa Amor‘s comeback.

Now Harriett, who was part of Love Island‘s original 2024 line-up, has spoken out about her farewell – and admitted it was unexpected.
She said: “I wouldn’t have thought it would have been us, I thought it would have been Konnor Ewudzi and Grace Jackson as they’re in a friendship couple.
“But, obviously Grace is one of my best friends in the Villa, she’s a big part of the Villa and her and Joey’s feelings, maybe the public took that into consideration?
“I feel like we’re in the same place as Uma and Wil, if not more as we’ve had more experiences together in the Villa.”
Harriett had just reignited her spark with semi professional footballer Ronnie prior to being given the boot.
She admitted she would see him again back in the real world.
Yet she took a swipe at the cheeky chap – placing the blame for his exit firmly at his door.
She added: “It’s hard because me and Ronnie have been in such a good place this last week.
“Maybe just the journey it took for us to get there.
“Obviously we had our date and re-coupled and stuff. But he was getting himself involved in all of these triangles!”
She then said: “It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity and anyone would be silly to turn it down.
“Regardless of whether I left now or in the final, I had the most amazing experience and done things I wouldn’t necessarily get to do, so I’d definitely tell someone to go for it.”
