University graduates celebrate outside Palace of Sports in Minsk

 Belarusian Education Minister Andrei Ivanets congratulated the graduates on finishing their studies. “Today is a very worrying and yet very joyful day for you. Years of studies are behind you. You have learned everything. You have an education certificate. The adult life already awaits you,” the official said.
