Greater MSP, Minnesota companies woo interns in effort to retain young talent

The state loses on average more than 10,000 15- to 24-year-olds to other states each year. Companies like Mall of America and Medtronic are encouraging summer interns to consider staying and building careers in the Twin Cities.
