What Michelle Yeoh, Tyler, the Creator, and Paris Hilton Wore This Week
If you thought Vogue World was the beginning and end of celebrity fashion coming out of Paris this week, think again. It’s couture week! While some of the more questionable style choices have made the rounds in our group chats this week, there have also been some very bold looks from celebrities at shows like Balenciaga, Thom Browne, and Loewe. I’m still stuck on an iconic photo of Michelle Yeoh outside a show and Avril Lavigne’s bold look at the Iris Van Herpen show. Plus, Tyler, the Creator brings his own label to The Bear’s season-three red carpet, and Paris Hilton wears some big sunnies while celebrating Motorola. Here’s what all your favorite celebrities wore this week.
Best Dressed: Elizabeth Debicki
Elizabeth Debicki wore a bedazzled bra top and high-waisted pants set from Ashi Studio at the Los Angeles premiere of A24’s MaXXXine. It’s the perfect red-carpet look — not overdone but still fun.
Best-Dressed Runner-Up: Michelle Yeoh
Michelle Yeoh looks like a classic movie star at the Balenciaga Couture show in this floor-length leather trench and oversize sunnies. I want to channel this energy every time I leave the house.
Best Off Duty: Tyler, the Creator
There were so many good looks at The Bear’s season-three premiere, but I was surprised to see Tyler, the Creator, who brought a very casual and cool look to the carpet.
Best Linkup: Leo Woodall, Kit Connor, Evan Peters, and Enzo Vogrincic
I gasped when I saw this photo. The front row for the Loewe menswear spring/summer 2025 show had a lot of stars, but this shot of Leo Woodall, Kit Connor, Evan Peters, and Enzo Vogrincic all dressed in the brand takes the cake for me. Hang it in the Louvre!
Best Accessorized: Paris Hilton
Paris Hilton wore some big-ass sunglasses (inside!) for Motorola’s House of Razr Celebration, but paired with this sparkly minidress, we’re into it.
Best Risk-Taker: Avril Lavigne
We don’t see Avril Lavigne all that often, so this feels like a treat. The singer wore an extremely bold textured look for the Iris Van Herpen Haute Couture fall/winter 2024–25 show, and with her spiky hair, it worked.
Best Styling: Winnie Harlow
Winnie Harlow always looks good, and she showed off her attention to detail by wearing this cute set for the Delta One Lounge grand opening at JFK airport earlier this week. I bet this isn’t the first time she’s worn a miniskirt to the airport.
Most On-Theme: Honey Balenciaga
Another inside-sunnies moment from Miss Honey Balenciaga as Mission celebrated the Pride kickoff at the Boom Boom Room at the Standard High Line. I know it’s just a little black dress, but something about her posed atop a gold piano just screams “Pride party at the Boom Boom Room” to me.
