NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) -- Friday marks the last day of Caribbean-American Heritage Month, and one Bronx eatery highlights a staple dish in the Caribbean -- the dumpling.

The Original Dumpling Shop is the go-to place where New Yorkers can sample hand-made dumplings. The dish is typically made with flour, cornmeal, or both, and has a variety of fillings.
