Jamestown Police Department Rescue 3 Malnourished Dogs from Home in Jamestown, Owner Charged

On Thursday, June 27, Jamestown Police officers responded to an animal complaint. Officers contacted Tiffany Freedline, the owner and caretaker of three dogs.
