Jail nurse complaint: Man who died after time in Ramsey County jail did not receive proper medical care

Dillon Bakke's mother filed a wrongful-death lawsuit alleging his treatment in the Ramsey County jail led to his death. A nurse complained to the DOC that he did not receive proper treatment in jail.
