Economic cooperation between Belarus and Russia keeps the momentum, Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Natalya Kochanova said during a meeting with the heads of regional administrations of Belarus and Russia during the 11th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia.
