Israeli court orders police to return model tank to protest group after seizing it

The Hadera Magistrates Court judge dismissed police's argument that the foam tank 'spread fear' among the public after it was featured at anti-gov't protests in Caesarea. The model tank belongs to the 'Kippur 73 fighters' protest group
