The bargain store this week slashed the price of a “gorgeous” garden feature that is sure to give your fence or pergola an instant glow up.

Shoppers are now legging it to their nearest store to get their hands on the £7 buy.

It comes after one savvy shopper took to social media to show off her bargain haul and how it looked on her patio, leaving many open-mouthed.

Posting on Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, a private Facebook group with 2.5 million members, she said: “Picked up 3 of these Wisteria garlands in B&M today, reduced to £7 each!”

The Solar Powered Artificial Leaf Garland with Wisteria Flowers originally had a £20 price sticker on the box.

But it is currently reduced to more than half the price at £7, saving you £13.

The pretty garland will instantly add colour and light to your garden and would look great draped over an egg chair, fence panel, or gazebo.

It features 20 warm white LEDs and requires no batteries or wiring.

Social media users were left open-mouthed at the bargain buy and how good it looked in the woman’s garden.

One gushed: “Arghhh I want them so badly.”

A second wrote: “These are cute.”

And a third insisted: “We need one.”

At the same time, many Facebook users tagged their friends and loved ones to alert them to the reduced finds.

“Go and pick us some up for our fence”, pleaded a gardening fan.

“That’s pretty would look gorgeous in ur garden”, said someone else.

But not everyone is a fan of the bargain garden buy, and warned shoppers not to get their hopes up about the quality.

“I bought these wisteria lights last year”, said one.

“Unfortunately they don’t last, they go very brittle and break.”

Someone else echoed: “I bought one last year.. but nothing left of it now. Very fragile fell to bits a piece at a time.. Save your money.”

Meanwhile, a third wrote: “I bought these and a shame they only last few months before going brittle and breaking, would definidtely buy again if they improved the quality.”

How to find gardening bargains

Doing up your garden to enjoy on warm and sunny days needn't cost the earth.

Sun Savers Editor Lana Clements explains how to get a top deal on items for the garden…

You can bag big savings on plants, shrubs and flowers, as well as gardening tools and furniture.

Many retailers have flash sales across entire seasonal ranges – often these promotions tie into payday at the end of the month or Bank Holiday weekends, so keep a lookout.

Sign up to mailing lists of your favourite brands and you’ll be first to know of special offers. It can be worth following retailers on social media too.

Use a price comparison site to search out the best value items.

And keep a close eye on the specialbuys at Aldi and middle of Lidl drops which drop a couple of times a week and usually mean great value seasonal items for your outdoor areas.

If you are not in a hurry to buy an item, try adding it to the shopping cart online and leaving it for a couple of days.

Sometimes big brands will try to tempt you into the sale by offering you a discount.

And always check if you can get cashback before paying.

It’s especially worth using sites such as Topcashback, Quidco and app Jamdoughnut when buying bigger ticket items such as garden furniture as you’ll get a nice kickback.
