Love Island fans call out Islander for ‘double standards’ after furious bust-up ends in tears

LOVE Island fans have called out Ronnie Vint for his double standards following a recent bust-up that left Harriet Blackmore in tears.

During the game, Ciaran Davies called out Harriett for being ‘two-faced’ behind his back.

He then said: “I haven’t been second choice like three times in here, so.”

Harriett was reduced to tears by the Welsh hunk’s comments and stormed off.

In Thursday night’s episode, Ronnie pulled Ciaran aside for a chat about his behaviour towards Harriet.

Ronnie began: “I feel like last night was tense. Do you think you’ll speak to her? Maybe apologise?”

Ciaran replied: “If I’m being honest, probably not. I said the question in the game, I answered honestly, and then she reacted and said stuff. I just reacted to what she said to me.

“If the comments had stopped after the first thing I said, it wouldn’t have led to that.”

Ronnie responded: “The bigger picture is that it would go a long way with her if you did apologise to it and for me, because I am coupled up with her and I do get where you’re coming from.

“But me coupled up with someone it not nice to see, you know.”

Ciaran hesitated: “If I go over there and say ‘sorry for last night’ and she asks ‘what are you sorry about?’ I don’t know.”

“But it’s literally just saying sorry for the former comments, that’s it. You know what I mean?” Ronnie clarified.

Ciaran countered: “Is she going to apologise for the comments she made throughout the whole thing?”

Ronnie replied: “I just feel like it’s not about tit for tat anymore. Obviously my relationship with Harriet I’m going to have her back.”

Following the scenes, Love Island fans rushed to social media with their reactions.
