Schenectady woman pleads guilty to drug charges

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) - Tiffany Lynn Robillard, 28, of Schenectady pled guilty to possession of fentanyl and cocaine with intent to distribute, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. Robillard faces a minimum of 10 years and up to life in prison, a fine of up to $10 million, and a term of post-imprisonment supervised release of at least 5 years and up to life.

She admitted to having over six and a half pounds of fentanyl and several hundred grams of cocaine, which she intended to distribute, and two firearms. She is expected to be sentenced on October 25, 2024. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) investigated the case with assistance from the Colonie Police Department, Schenectady Police Department, and New York State Police.
