NYC members-only club seeks $600M in fraud suit against developer Michael Shvo

The lawsuit alleges that Michael Shvo lured the glamorous, business-and cultural-focused Core Club to 711 Fifth Ave. – a  building he claimed to own – with “sinister and fraudulent”  schemes.
