Supreme Court tosses Purdue Pharma opioid bankruptcy settlement

In a 5-4 decision the U.S.Supreme Court Thursday threw out the multi-billion dollar Purdue Pharma opioid bankruptcy settlementthat provided billions to victims of while blocking new lawsuits.
