OSBI arrest two additional suspects in double murder

Authorities with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) alongside the Woods County Sheriff's Office announced on Wednesday the arrest of two people in connection to a double homicide in early April 2024.

FREEDOM, Okla. (KFOR) - Authorities with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) alongside the Woods County Sheriff's Office announced on Wednesday the arrest of two people in connection to a double homicide in early April 2024.

According to police, on April 11, 2024 around 4:00 a.m., deputies responded to a residence in near Saddlehorn Drive and Dusty Trail, regarding possible gunshots. Police confirm, when deputies arrived they discovered a 70-year-old Gary Neil Bradt deceased and 19-year-old Timothy Lane Wilcox in critical condition. Unfortunately, Wilcox passed away at the scene.

First reported by the Alva Review-Courier, arrest warrants came out following a separate case regarding prostitution for Nicholas Potter and Mia Davis.

Those arrests led to information that Bradt allegedly paid for sex and sexual videos featuring Davis at one point. The arrests according to authorities, brought new details and a possible connection to prostitution.

Police officials confirm evidence obtained from the property, led to three suspects being located and detained for questioning. According to police, 23-year-old Christopher Isaiah Padilla, 20-year-old Elijah Isaiah Mann, and 17-year-old Catelynne Gorre were arrested on two counts of first-degree murder and booked into the Woodward County Jail.

On June 20, authorities say additional felony arrest warrants were issued in the Woods County District Court for 22-year-old Mia Ruth Davis and 20-year-old Grant David Gallagher.

OBN officials confirm Davis is charged with Conspiracy to Commit a Felony and two counts of Aiding and Abetting Felony Murder. Additionally, Gallagher is also charged with Conspiracy to Commit a Felony. Police officials say, Gallagher has turned himself in and Davis was arrested at the Garfield County Courthouse and is currently being held in the Woods County Jail.
