Axed Love Island star Samantha Kenny reveals brutal snub from Joey Essex that was never shown on TV
SAMANTHA Kenny reveals she was brutally snubbed by Joey Essex in the Love Island villa – but it was never shown on TV.
The make-up artist spent two weeks in the Love Island villa coupled up with former Towie star Joey.
But when his ex-girlfriend Grace Jackson turned up as a bombshell, things between them quickly fizzled out.
Grace arrived with fellow bombshells Wil Anderson and Tiffany Leighton and they were allowed to pick one Islander each for a sleepover in the Casa Amor villa.
Unsurprisingly Grace chose Joey and now Samantha has revealed he didn’t even say goodbye before heading off.
Appearing on Joe Baggs’ Not My Bagg podcast, she said: “I think this is why I’m so upset about what has happened.
“When they got chose to go to that villa, everyone has to say their goodbyes and I’ve walked over to the whole group, I’ve been hugging everyone.
“Off they went, I didn’t get a hug off Joey – he just went. And when they come back he did it again. He didn’t come over to me, again.
“Me and Harriett [Blackmore] were in the snug and we had a chat for about 15 minutes. In those 15 minutes he went to the kitchen and asked Nicole Samuel if I was ok.”
Samantha added: “Come to me and see if I’m ok!”
But Samantha got her own back after it was revealed she was being dumped from the villa.
Both Grace and Joey attempted to talk to her but Samantha told them she “didn’t want to hear it”.
As Joey tried to apologise, Samantha told him: “Save it mate, save it.”
But it seems it’s Grace’s turn to be unimpressed after Joey was whisked off on a date by latest bombshell Jessy Potts during last night’s episode.
In a first-look at tonight’s show a fuming Grace pulls Joey for a chat after he told the newcomer he’s still open to getting to know people.
