Iranians to pick new president in an election drawing minimal interest

Voters in Iran will elect their next president Friday after President Ebrahim Raisi was killed in a helicopter crash last month. As CBS News' Elizabeth Palmer reports, many Iranians don't appear motivated to vote, as whoever wins is unlikely to deliver any real change.
