Vokkaliga seer asks Siddaramaiah to pave way for Shivakumar to succeed as CM

Swami Chandrashekara of Vishwa Vokkaligara Mahasamsthana said so in an event where both Siddaramaiah and Shivakumar were present. Shivakumar, a prominent leader of the Vokkaligas, had during the polls openly asked the community voters to vote for the Congress hinting that he stood a chance to become the CM.
