US presidential elections: Can Biden count on Black vote?

In a quarter of a century, no Republican presidential candidate has won more than 12 percent of the African-American vote. But in recent months, polls have indicated a historic shift, and testify to a real distrust of some Black Americans - who represent 14 percent of voters - towards Joe Biden.
