Manipur: Security forces hold joint combing operations to restore stability in Jiribam

Assam Rifles, along with CRPF and Manipur Police, conducted a large-scale joint combing operation in Jiribam, Manipur, to reinforce security following an attempted arson. Over 100 security personnel patrolled sensitive areas, using drones and river patrols for surveillance. They engaged with local leaders to facilitate the return of displaced people. Locals praised the security efforts. Earlier, Assam Rifles organized a medical camp for internally displaced people, providing medical services and relief materials as part of their ongoing humanitarian assistance program. These efforts aim to restore peace and support the affected population.
