New coin etches P.E.I. author Lucy Maud Montgomery into Canadian currency history

Government officials and descendants of Lucy Maud Montgomery were at Green Gables Heritage Place in Cavendish on Wednesday to unveil a new $1 circulation coin bearing the P.E.I. author's likeness and that of her most famous character, Anne of Green Gables.
