The Monitoring Association (TMA), the non-profit trade association representing the professional monitoring industry, announced it has signed a multi-year managed services agreement with Mission Critical Partners (MCP) to power the growth of TMA’s Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP) Service.
