Kaley Cuoco’s Daughter Tildy Had the Most Intense Reaction to a New Family Member & a Cute Video Shows They’re Already Besties
Kaley Cuoco got a new family pet, and her 14-month-daughter Matilda “Tildy” has some big feelings about it. The Big Bang Theory alum shared an adorable new video of her toddler’s intense reaction to bringing a dog named Dahlia home, and it’s the kind of energy we need on a Wednesday afternoon!
Dahlia had a “rough start to life” and was rescued by I Stand With My Pack. When they posted about her on Instagram, Cuoco knew she was the dog for her. “[I] immediately got chills and said, ‘that’s our dog,’” she shares in the video about her first time seeing the pup.
And when it was time for Dahlia to meet Matilda? It went fabulously!
“Matilda was so excited,” Cuoco gushes. “She kept screaming and she kept saying, ‘Dah-la!’ ‘Dah-la,’” Cuoco explains with a laugh. At one point, she’s sitting on the grass outside with Tildy in her arms, just smiling and pointing at the new dog. It may have been an enthusiastic reaction, but it was full of love. You can tell Tildy is just as big an animal lover as her mom!
“We have 3 babies!! Meet Dahlia aka Dolly, our newest pack member,” Cuoco wrote on Instagram today. “We ♥️ her so much. Dolly is the sweetest, most zen cane corso mix — we’ll definitely do a DNA test find out more! Better believe we’ll make up for her rough start with an amazing life????????. She’s been the best addition to ours already.”
The Based on a True Story star also shared a message to the people who treated Dahlia cruelly (and to anyone who abuses animals). “PS to the monsters who had her before, thank you!!” she wrote. “She’s safe now with us ♥️ consider rescuing your next family member. You won’t regret it! ????”
“I love this so so much ❤️❤️❤️ And that Matilda loves her too. The sweetest Family ❤️,” one person commented. Another wrote, “That’s Dolly’s baby now ????.” She responded via her Oh Norman! Instagram: “Such a sweet pair! ????❤️????”
Last week, Cuoco shared adorable photos and videos from a trip to the family farm with her toddler, who she shares with partner Tom Pelphrey. “Tildy and da shmooshy ???? ????,” she captioned one photo on her Instagram story as she walks up to a miniature horse. In another, she fearlessly gazes up at a goat taller than her.
There were also videos of Tildy chasing the ducks with her dad by her side, giggling away as she ran around. She also got to see horses in the stable, hang out by the water fountain, and play baseball. “’Twas a magical day,” Cuoco wrote.
In Oct., Cuoco told Entertainment Tonight that Tildy was “obsessed” with the family’s dogs. “What a beautiful thing to raise a kid — she’s only six months — surrounded by animals 24/7,” she said.
“They love her, they kiss her,” The Flight Attendant star added about the dogs. “I mean, from week two, they were kissing her on the mouth. I was like, ‘Is this OK?’ And our pediatrician was like, ‘It’s totally fine.’ They’re kind of being raised together and it’s so beautiful and very natural, you know?”
And now Tildy has one more sweet animal to love on!
