46-year-old man accused of asking Louisiana minor for sexual photos
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
FERRIDAY, La. (KTVE/KARD) -- On June 17, 2024, deputies of the Concordia Parish Sheriff's Office began investigating an adult subject, who allegedly made contact with what he believed to be a minor online for illegal purposes. According to authorities, the suspect reportedly engaged in sexual conversation and requested to meet the juvenile while also asking that the minor send him sexual photos.
Once authorities identified the suspect as 46-year-old Jeffrey W. Reine of Denham Springs, La., they obtained a warrant for his arrest. Reine was taken into custody today by the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office and will be extradited to Concordia Parish for prosecution.
He was charged with Computer-Aided Solicitation of a Minor and Indecent Behavior with Juveniles.
