Watervliet Mayor Charles Patricelli announced an electronic recycling day for city residents. Residents can recycle their old electronics at the DPW garage behind the Watervliet Firehouse, on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

WATERVLIET, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Watervliet Mayor Charles Patricelli announced an electronic recycling day for city residents. Residents can recycle their old electronics at the DPW garage behind the Watervliet Firehouse, on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

For those participating, it will be $10 for passenger cars, $20 for pickup trucks/utility vans, and $30 for those with an attached trailer. Proof of city residency will be required and participants can pay using cash or a check made out to the City of Watervliet.

Electronics you can recycle include computers, laptops, faces, phones, tablets, keyboards, servers, air conditioners, monitors, TVs, thermometers, lamps, bulbs, smoke detectors, and more. Anyone with more questions can contact the General Manager's Office at (518) 270-3800, extension 122.
