‘Fuming’ Grace in furious rant at ‘cold’ Joey Essex as he dates new Love Island bombshell
LOVE Island’s Grace Jackson is left “fuming” after Joey Essex enjoys a date with bombshell Jessy Potts.
Jessy, who looks unrecognisable now on the ITV2 show compared to previous social media snaps, whisked the TOWIE alumni off for a date.
Now teasers for Love Island‘s Wednesday episode hint there’s trouble in paradise for former lovers and current villa partners Joey, 33, and Grace, 25.
It comes after a tough week – where the model was chosen by Konnor Ewudzi, 28, to partner up.
Tonight, Manchester model Grace pulls Harriett Blackmore for a girlie chat.
She talks about the situation and says: “I’m fuming, I’ll be honest.
“I feel like with Joey, he has been how he has been with me, this constant reassurance and feeling like I genuinely believe and trust everything he’s saying.
“He’s been that way with me so it’s made me open up and be that way with him.”
Grace then added: “For him to then go on a date and then come back in. I felt like he was so cold with me…his energy was so off.”
Harriett gives her take and she says: “It wasn’t even what he was saying, it was more his actions.”
It comes after Joey admitted he “doesn’t really know” if he is closed off with Grace.
He adds: “We are sort of, not in a couple but we’re still into each other but it would be fair to say that both of us are willing to explore.”
TROUBLE IN PARADISE
The date drama comes after Love Island fans were convinced they had spotted the moment Grace lied to the reality TV stalwart.
Fans feel like she has deliberately created confusion with bombshell Konnor and is secretly loving the drama after the dramatic re-coupling ceremony.
Yet this has also led to Grace being berated by fans for supposedly using Konnor.

They have blasted her as “so rude” for what they deem “disgusting” antics.
Some fans even speculated it was part of a wider game plan from the blonde stunner.
They also reckon Grace deliberately told Konnor she wasn’t closed off with Joey because she was left rattled when she came bottom of the public vote on Sunday night’s episode.
Just last week, an argument between Joey and Omar over Grace also set the couple on rocky ground.
Later, on spin-off series Aftersun, Omar was quick to reveal a telling comment that had been made by Grace which hinted she had been stirring the pot.
