Off-duty officer's suspicion lead to conviction of Wolverhampton criminal

A man has been convicted after an off-duty officer caught him interfering with cars in Wolverhampton.

Simon Stack, 42, from Wolverhampton, appeared at North Staffordshire Justice Centre on Friday, June 21 and plead guilty to interfering with a motor vehicle.
