Xbox announces that popular exclusive will be delisted from all platforms

0

GAMES are occasionally delisted from online storefronts, usually due to licensing issues, or because a new version of the game is being released.

Xbox recently revealed that it would soon be delisting one of its popular exclusives, and clarified who would be able to play.

Forza Horizon 4 will no longer be available to purchase

Forza Horizon 4 will be delisted from online stores, including the Microsoft Store and Steam, before the end of the year.

The game’s DLC has already been removed, but people are still able to purchase it via the Ultimate Edition.

Forza Horizon 4’s final batch of seasonal content, Series 77, will launch on July 25 and run until August 22.

After this there will be no new Festival Playlists, but players will still be able to compete in daily and weekly challenges.

The game will be fully delisted on December 14, 2024, and people will not be able to purchase it online after this date.

Sales for Forza Horizon 4, including the Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate editions, will take place until the delisting date, so people will be able to purchase it at a discount.

Those who have been playing Forza Horizon 4 via Xbox Game Pass, and have purchased the DLC, will receive a game token for the base game, so they can continue to play after this date.

If you purchase the game before this date, you will still be able to download and play it following the delisting, even if you delete it from your console or PC.

All modes, including single-player and online multiplayer, will still be available as the servers for the game will remain online.
