Love Island fans convinced they’ve spotted massive clue islander is FAKING it with partner to ‘stay in the villa’
LOVE Island fans have spotted a major clue one star is faking it with their partner – and “doesn’t fancy” them “at all.”
They came out in force to react to one particular ITV2 scene which aired last night.
Love Island viewers are now convinced Matilda Draper is giving “major ick vibes” to Sean Stone, both 24, after she called him “cute.”
The pair shared a snog on The Terrace after an explosive Heart Rate Challenge, where the brunette made the remark.
Despite Matilda’s heart rate raising the most for the sweet seller from Hertford, fans aren’t convinced of their connection.
Following the “cute” comment one mused on Reddit: “Matilda does not fancy Sean. Not at all. But she needs to be with someone to continue in the show so.”
A second put: “This. I find it interesting when she describes him, there’s this overemphasis on the word ‘cute’.
“And not in the way that it is endearing but almost like she is emotionally keeping him at a distance. But major ick vibes, at least pretend you’ve been here before. Ugh.”
A third then mused: “The only reason Matilda said he was her first choice is because she saw Harriet/sean were safe as a friendship couple. She’s trying to ride his popularity wave.”
Another then suggested: “I don’t think Matilda is really interested and will go for a new bombshell or someone at Casa but he’s now burnt all his good will so no one will be rooting for him (in or out of the villa by the looks of it)”
Others were convinced Matilda was well and truly given the ick following their kiss.
Sean, who has been infatuated with the recruitment consulter since she set foot on the show, told her she looked “beautiful” before she gave him a side-hug.
They reckoned the latter was a snub towards her partner.
One claimed on Reddit: “Someone said she little brothers him a lot and I haven’t stopped laughing.”
Another agreed and put: “Yes! I was getting little brother vibes.
“She’s kinda patronising but that word feels a bit too strong because she’s not rude. But she talks to him like I used to talk to the little boys I babysat for.”

Previously, Love Island’s loyal followers demanded Sean be axed following his “cringe” antics in The Hideaway.
When he first accompanied bombshell Matilda Draper to the spin-off bedroom he attempted a cheeky snog – and was quickly pied.
Fans had also previously accused him of having “no air time at all” before demanding he leaves.
Sean seemingly hasn’t shown his best side to fans this week, with the blonde being branded a “snake” after the shock double dumping.
When bombshell Omar Nyame was sent home, alongside Tiffany Leighton, 25, Sean came under fire after he said it would benefit him in his quest to win Matilda’s affections.
