Jeremy Allen White Reveals if He'll Sing in Bruce Springsteen Biopic & if He'll Meet the Singer

Jeremy Allen White opened up about his forthcoming Bruce Springsteen biopic Deliver Me From Nowhere.

The 33-year-old The Bear star is set to portray the music icon in the forthcoming project, which will chart the creation of Bruce‘s hit album, Nebraska.

While attending the premiere for the latest season of his hit series, he revealed if he planned to sing on the project. Jeremy also weighed in on if he planned to meet Bruce before filming.

Speaking to Variety, Jeremy said that the goal was for him to sing in the project.

“We’re gonna try,” he said, “We’re gonna try our best.”

As for meeting Bruce, he said that it’s in the works but not quite there yet.

“We’ve communicated a little bit through some other people, but I hope this still comes all together,” he explained. “We’ve still got a few things, we’ve got some timing stuff to work out, and I’m trying to have a bit of my own process with it before meeting the man, too.”

He continued, saying, “I wanna try to have an understanding, so when I meet him, I’ll have a bit of confidence somewhere in me to stand there.”
