Britney Spears Is Talking to Her Sons Again, Kevin Federline's Lawyer Provides Update on Their Current Relationship

There’s a positive update about Britney Spears‘ relationship with her kids!

Back in September 2022, Britney‘s son Jayden James Federline was 15-years-old and gave an in-depth interview about why he wasn’t talking to his mom at the time.

Days later, Britney posted on social media how she had “no purpose” in life anymore amid the estrangement with her kids.

Britney‘s kids Sean Preston, 18, and Jayden James, 17, have been living in Hawaii with their dad Kevin Federline for the past year after she agreed to let them move there. Now, her ex’s lawyer is speaking out with an update.

“Reconciliations and the reunification of relationships are difficult and take time. They are sometimes complicated and always a lengthy process. The process has not really commenced, let alone [been] completed,” Kevin‘s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told Entertainment Tonight.

“The good thing is that the boys saw their mom was doing well and have a desire to speak with her,” he added. “There has been some telephonic communication between Britney and her sons, and we think that is a step in the right direction.”
