To press its claimed market share advantage, Roborock recently demonstrated its latest robot vacuum-mop combos and wet-dry stick vacuums to the media, hoping the resultant publicity will help the company make up ground in the U.S. robot vacuum market share wars.

According to Roborock reps, the company is the global robot vacuum seller, but second behind iRobot’s Roomba in the U.S. market.

At the top of Roborock robot vacuum array are two versions of its already available S-series vacuum-mop combos: the dual-bin S8 MaxV Ultra ($1,799.99) and the built-in S8 MaxV Ultra with Refill & Drainage System ($1,899.99), designed to be connected to a home’s drainage system to automatically refill and empty the robot cleaner and eliminate the need to manually empty or refill the dock’s water tanks.

Both S8 MaxV Ultra models are equipped with 10,000Pa suction, 140-degree hot water mop washing, and 140-degree hot air mop drying, side brushes and an “extra edge” spinning and sonic mop system for what Roborock claims is 100% corner coverage, and dirt levels are auto-detected to determine subsequent mop re-washing and conduct re-mopping where necessary. Also included is the proprietary “Hello Rocky” voice command/control, Reactive AI automatic object and pet identification and avoidance, and two-way video designed to communicate with or capture images of your pet. The multi-functional dock automatically empties, refills, and dispenses detergent.

Both models were introduced at CES and started shipping in April.

Newer are three robot vacs in the company’s Q-series:

The flagship Qrevo Master ($1,599.99), which just started shipping, is a self-emptying/self-cleaning vacuum-mop combo equipped with side brushes and two 200RPM spinning mop heads, including an extending FlexiArm rotating mop head that provides complete cleaning coverage, as close as 1.85mm along edges with 98.8% edge coverage according to the company. Like the S8 MaxV, the Qrevo Master is equipped with 10,000Pa suction, 140-degree hot water mop washing, and hot air drying. Even the Master’s dock is self-cleaning, its mop heads rise 10mm to avoid staining after a cleaning.

The self-emptying Qrevo Pro vacuum-mop ($999.99), announced at CES but which just started shipping to dealers two weeks ago, also includes dual water bins with 140-degree hot water mopping and warm air drying, the side brush and FlexiArm mop head, but 7,000Pa suction

The vacuum-only auto-emptying Q5 Max+ ($599.99), which started shipping May 30, includes 5,500Pa suction, a 770ml dust bin

As with all robot vacs, the new Roborock models are controllable via an app and are equipped with 3D room mapping, LiDAR room navigation, and advanced object/obstacle recognition and avoidance.

Roborock also demoed its two already shipping Roborock Flexi Series wet-dry stick vacuums. Designed to tackle wet and dry messes in a single sweep, the surprisingly lightweight Flexi Pro and the Flexi Lite both provide 17,000Pa suction, auto adjust during cleaning, edge-to-edge cleaning, warm water cleaning, and warm air-drying and lay flat to get under low furniture. The Flexi Pro ($499.99) includes SlideTech auto adaptive wheels for lighter push-pull motion, a headlight, dual edges cleaning, and a 450ml dust bin; the Flexi Lite ($399.99) is equipped with a 400ml dust bin.
