'Friends think I'm crazy': Secret tape catches Giuliani whining that even son cut him off
Rudy Giuliani got the silent treatment from his son Andrew over the onetime Trump lawyer's alleged relationship with a married woman that had friends calling him "crazy," according to a new report.
A secret recording of Giuliani discussing fraught family affairs was revealed Tuesday by Newsweek after a transcript made its way into New York court filings.
"All my friends think I'm crazy," Giuliani says in the transcript. "My son doesn't talk to me anymore."
Newsweek reports Giuliani is referring to Maria Ryan, his podcast co-host with whom he denies having an affair, in a Dec. 19, 2019 iPhone recording made by employee Noelle Dunphy.
Dunphy is suing Giuliani for $10 million in a sexual harassment claim.
The transcript reveals Giuliani discussing with Dunphy Andrew's feelings about upcoming Christmas plans involving Ryan and her husband.
"If you do it at Christmas I'm never going to talk to you again," Giuliani says he was told by Andrew.

"Andrew thinks he's crazy," Giuliani says of the husband, Bob Ryan. "He said, 'Someday he's going to kill you.'"
While Rudy Giuliani denies his relationship with Maria Ryan was intimate, he can be heard saying, "She loves me, but she can't leave her family," Newsweek reports.
Maria Ryan also reportedly denied a sexual relationship with Giuliani to Newsweek, saying, "I am not his girlfriend. I consider him one of my best friends."
In the recorded conversation, Rudy Giuliani describes his friendship with Bob Ryan — and Maria Ryan's suggestion she would marry the former New York City mayor if her husband could live with them — as "the weirdest f---ing thing."
"'If we get married, could Bob live — could Bob live with us?" Giuliani says Maria Ryan told him. "You seem — the two of you seem to get along so well.'"
"You know, it's true," Giuliani adds. "But this is the weirdest f---ing thing."
