Person hit, killed by car in NW Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - One person was struck and killed by a car Monday night in northwest Oklahoma City.
According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, the collision happened near NW 42nd St. and Meridian Ave. around 11:30 p.m.
Officials say a car was traveling south on Meridian when someone suddenly walked into the road and got hit. That person later passed away.
The driver and two passengers in the car stayed on scene and cooperated with police.
