- Director at Large (Equipment): A few more butt stands repaired.
- Treasurer: Club finances are in good shape. No major expenses.
- JOP Director: JOP going well, very busy with lots of young archers (avg. 20) showing up each week and more inquiring about joining.
- Vice President: Club payment system has now been updated/moved from WePay system to PaySafe. Thurs and Sun club shoots consistently full.
- Director at Large (Range Safety): Thursday night indoor club shoot participation is consistently busy with 25-30 archers. Club needs more RSOs to help out at shoots.
- Secretary: Instructor of Beginner Archers coaching clinic was successful. All spots were booked, attendees found clinic very informative and are working towards being fully certified coaches.
6. BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES
None
7. NEW BUSINESS
- BC Archery has asked for bids for their shoots (BC Indoor/Outdoor – JOP Indoor Outdoor). Board decided that we only have the volunteer capacity to host a Regional JOP Indoor event again next year and dependent on interest would consider possibly hosting the MICA (Multi-Sites Indoor Championship of the Americas).
- Discussed offering local tournaments to club members. Depending on interest and volunteers to run them we would consider some 720s/900s as most any sport field can work. Barring that club members can shoot some of the local tournaments that may be hosted by the SVI (South Island Rangers).
- Selling old net to South Island Rangers
8. DISBURSEMENTS FOR APPROVAL
None
