Fed’s Goolsbee lays out dovish case for rate cuts, flags ‘a couple of warning signs’ for economy

Chicago Fed President Austan Goolsbee said Monday there are new signs of stress on the U.S. economy that should make the central bank at least wonder if its policy rate needs to be as high as it currently is.
